Welcome to the Change Leaders Connect group — a group designed specifically for senior change professionals, including CXOs, Chief Transformation Officers, Heads of Change, and other leaders who are driving transformational initiatives within their organisations.
The group aims to create a connected, collaborative community where senior professionals can come together to exchange ideas, share experiences, and gain insights from industry experts.
It is more than just an online forum, it is a space for us to learn, grow, and lead change more effectively.

Confidentiality is non-negotiable

Senior peer conduct
This group operates on the basis of senior peer respect. - Engage as a leader accountable for outcomes, not as a consultant, advisor, or commentator. - Challenge ideas, not individuals. - Disagreement is welcome; defensiveness and personal critique are not.
Contribution over consumption
Membership assumes active, thoughtful participation. - Share perspectives grounded in lived experience. - Ask questions that advance collective understanding. - Observe if needed, but contribute when you can.
Respect for organisational and personal context
Members operate in different sectors, geographies, and regulatory environments. - Avoid assumptions that one context or approach applies universally. - Be mindful of cultural, organisational, and systemic differences.
Judgement and discretion
Exercise professional judgement in what you share. - Anonymise organisations and individuals where appropriate. - Avoid sharing commercially sensitive or legally restricted information.
Role of the host
The group is hosted and curated by Muriel Barre. - Membership is approval-based and may be reviewed periodically. - Discussions or posts that fall outside the rules and guidelines set for this group may be removed to preserve the integrity of the space. - The guidelines for the group may evolve as the group matures.
