A Readiness Diagnostic assesses an organisation's preparedness for change, implementation, or transition. This process systematically identifies strengths, weaknesses, and potential obstacles within the organisation. It involves examining various aspects such as leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, resource availability, and the readiness of solutions, technology, data, and processes.


By providing a clear picture of the current state, a Readiness Diagnostic highlights areas that need attention before embarking on significant changes. This ensures a smoother transition and increases the likelihood of success.
